If You’re Having Trouble Focusing…

Feel foggy, disconnected — like you’re not fully present…can’t remember what someone just said

And your doctors keep telling you everything’s fine — Labs are fine. Scans are fine.

But you know it’s not fine…

You’re not imagining it.

And you’re definitely not alone.

The Reason They Miss It?

They’re only looking at one brain.

But you actually have two:

Your main brain — and your second brain, called the microbiome.

Most people don’t know this, but your microbiome — the trillions of microbes in your gut — actually produces the same neurochemicals as your brain.

Serotonin. Dopamine. GABA.

They’re in constant communication.

So when your microbiome is off, your brain can’t function the way it’s meant to.

You’ll feel it — in your clarity, your mood, your memory, your ability to focus.Even if you don’t have gut symptoms your microbiome may not be functioning optimally.

What throws off the microbiome?

      •     Past use of antibiotics

      •     Chronic stress

      •     Poor diet - not enough fiber from vegetables

      •     Leaky gut

      •     food sensitivities

These disrupt your second brain — and that can look and feel exactly like a brain issue.

But it’s not just the microbiome that could be the culprit

Sometimes, what feels like brain fog or low energy is actually coming from your thyroid — even if your thyroid labs say “normal.”

Most thyroid problems go undetected because the testing isn’t deep enough.

Low thyroid can cause fatigue, foggy thinking, memory issues, and that “off” feeling in your head — even when your brain is perfectly healthy.

The truth is:

Just because you feel it in your brain doesn’t mean the problem is in your brain.

It might be in your gut.

It might be in your thyroid.

Or it might be both — and they affect each other.

This is what I specialize in.- the microbiome and thyroid dysfunction

And I can help you get to the root of it — with the right testing, and know this- improving the micro biome is just about taking a probiotic or two you have to know which ones to take they’re not all the same and that’s my expertise to Biotics, which is another subject talk about and thyroid expert. It’s not uncommon to treat brain issues you don’t treat the brain you treat the second brain, and sometimes the thyroid the microbiome that
