We are excited to introduce Jennifer Rose Lazinsk to patients of the Kellman Wellness Center. Whether you’re just getting started on your health journey, or are currently working with Dr. Kellman on health issues - or are even a past patient looking to identify any barriers blocking their road to health and happiness - Jennifer can be a very important resource and support system for almost any woman looking to regain health and a healthy weight. Jennifer has been a passionate Integrative Health Coach for Women, an OT, and an advocate for clean, healthy living for over 25 years, and has a keen understanding of women’s everyday struggles. She works towards understanding what makes each person unique and how to help get to a place of true health again. Jennifer and her clients will set small, achievable goals so that they will feel proud of their accomplishments and empowered. Jennifer is an “accountability partner,” and this makes the achievement of goals more than an elusive dream; it becomes reality. Some of Jennifer’s areas of expertise include:
